Summary
At least Steve was somewhat certain he wouldn't be locked up and tied down because the government and military really wanted him back on duty. Maybe. Doubt crept in as quickly as a lizard fleeing from a snake.
Seeing Steve's complicated gaze, which looked like that of a betrayed puppy that had been kicked, Fury realized his mistake.
"Cap, just like everything else... mental treatment has changed."
Silence greeted the news. Fury frowned as he watched Steve turn even paler.
In which, Dr. Johann Fennhoff made his debut as a psychiatrist who would help with the mental problems of the Man Behind the Symbol.

That’s how it starts. Steve is in Tony’s suite, making sketches on a pad as he walks around the room that will be Morgan’s nursery. “Hmm?” He glances up from quick scribbles of trees and skylines. “What do you mean?”
Tony pushes off the doorframe and sweeps his hand around the room. “All this. Seeing scenes in your head and being able to produce them on paper."
“I could teach you,” Steve offers impulsively.
Or, Tony learns art doesn't need to be perfect to be good.
