   Summary

   Sam can be so soft with her, to the point that it makes her feel like she’s breaking apart. But god when she’s upset, that same softness stiffens into a kind of desperate violence. Many a time Sam has gripped her hard, tugged her close so she stumbles, unsteady in the world until Sam allows her balance. Like she believes Mon could disappear if she were to let her go.
