No matter how weird and out of character Sonic was acting due to his sickness. Usually he wouldn’t stop him even if Robotnik actually was close by, he trusted the fox to take care of himself. The hedgehog wasn’t the type to ask for company or seek him out. Tails was the clingy one. Tails was the one who needed his paw held in a reassuring manner.
