It’s a wooden table, wobbly and secondhand. And it only fits two chairs. Being here reminds Katsuki of when he and Eijirou used to sit at this tiny table late at night and eat their dinner together after long shifts, back when it had just been the two of them, back when they had never known anything else but how much they loved each other.
Eijirou gives him a soft smile from across the room like he’s thinking of the exact same thing.

Katsuki felt his heart jump to his throat. If Mina asked him the same things she had for the others, he was sure he wouldn’t want to hear the answer. He didn’t want to hear if Eijiro had kissed anyone recently or if he had a crush on anyone. He didn’t think he could handle it.
