“What are you doing?”
“What does it look like I’m doing? I’m swimming.”
“Hoseok, it’s one in the morning and it’s raining.”
“That doesn’t change the fact that I’m swimming.”Yoongi crouches down by the pool, adjusting the umbrella in his hand, and Hoseok makes the grave mistake of looking up at him. His face is scrunched up a little and from the soft illumination from the pool lights Hoseok can see the way his mouth is slightly pouting as he talks, lips pushing outward. It’s terribly cute, even with the messy hair and bleary eyes. Hoseok makes a little groaning sound and sticks his head under the water.

It takes a little bit, but Hoseok eventually finds that home is where the Yoongi is.

Summary
Kim Seokjin loves acting. That's what they'll put in his obituary, probably, right after his family details, because that's the only thing that matters about him. That, and that he's gay, and that his temper snapped one time and ruined his entire career before it had a chance to be what he knows it could have become.
His last chance to prove himself comes in the form of a reality TV show, a Bachelor-style outing that will show he still has the softness to be a romantic lead. And it's embarrassing, and messy, and full of quirky guys and their weird habits and fame-seeking and secret agendas that he doesn't have the energy to deal with. But it's just a job, and Seokjin never turns down a chance when it's offered, and the biggest comfort of playing the starring role on Destined Hearts is that Seokjin knows his own heart will never be destined for anything but the screen.

“To start with,” the doctor says, “I’m going to ask you some questions. Some of them may seem kind of silly or basic, but please answer them seriously anyway. Now, what’s your name?”
“Kim Seokjin.”
“Do you know where you are right now?”
“A hospital, in Seoul - I’m sorry, I don’t remember arriving so I don’t know which one.”
“And what’s today’s date?”
“August 7th, 2011.”
As it turns out, that last one is not the right answer.

Seokjin rolls his head back, looking up at the ceiling. "If it's this hard for you to say it maybe you don't really feel it," he says as he meets Yoongi's eyes again.

Wherein Seokjin accidentally tells Yoongi he loves him during sex only to realize that he really is in love. Yoongi's reluctance to talk about his feelings starts to drive a wedge between them, and the situation is exacerbated when the two of them get trapped in Yoongi's studio during a power outage.
