“If you’re going to work for me, I’ll expect you to keep up,” Kiryu declared. “You’re a new recruit, and you’ll have to pull your weight just like everyone else. No special treatment.”
“I’d never ask you for that,” Daigo protested. He hesitated for a second, then added tentatively, “Aniki.”
Kiryu screwed his lips into a grimace and stiffened in discomfort at the title. Next to him, Yayoi took another drag in a vain effort to hide her amused smile. Daigo recalled, belatedly, the difficulty with which he’d persuaded the man to call him something other than young master.
“You haven’t really sworn up yet, so I don’t think…” Kiryu started.
“Okay, well, I’ll still take whatever jobs you give me, Kiryu-san,” Daigo said.

Summary
Crocodile didn't even look at him, taking another drag on his cigar and blowing a puff of gray smoke into the air. Next to him, gloomy and contemptuous of everything, like a monitor lizard in the night, the candy-bright Doflamingo looked like a ridiculous blob. Keeping his face and posture the same, Mihawk decided that watching these two from a reasonable distance would be entertaining enough.
Or five times when Mihawk sees Doflamingo disturb Crocodile's peace, and one time when learns the truth behind it.

Summary
During what was supposed to be a quick rendezvous on Kuraigana Island, an unexpected storm forces the Straw Hats to spend the night in Mihawk’s castle. There are plenty of beds to go around, but somehow Sanji and Zoro still end up in the same one. Fighting and feelings ensue.
Or: Sanji unwittingly becomes a Gothic romance heroine, Mihawk’s attempts at gracious hosting backfire, and Zoro just wants to get some goddamn sleep.
