Reading through Pidge’s diary had given Hunk a lot of insight into the green paladin. The biggest revelation was, well, that she was a she, but he had also learned way more than he probably should have about her tendency to overwork herself when a goal was in sight. Only a few weeks into the team's formation, Hunk was seeing that trait in action for the first time. Pidge was pushing herself way past her breaking point, trying to debug the Castle of Lions while Coran was occupied with the hardware repair side of the damage done during the battle.
OR
Pidge is overworking herself and Hunk takes it upon himself to cook her a nice meal and offer his help.

Loud uniforms that burned the retinas, loud morals that simplified the world into a binary of good and evil, loud quirks designed for the spotlight, and the deafening, heavy weight of expectations. People talked about them like they were the only reason society could stand, as if heroes were the only thin thread keeping the world from unraveling, and he refused to be one.

Summary
The second lieutenant of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza group is known to others only as 'the Caretaker.' A rather enigmatic and highly intelligent member of the family, not much is known about him outside of a select circle of trusted friends and, of course, the Shie Hassaikai itself. But to those who know him, the Caretaker is simply this: a young man who cares for his family more than anything else.
Because the Caretaker is one Midoriya Izuku, and he did not start out that way... at first, he was just a babysitter.

A series revolving around an AU I started in my fic, 'more than you hoped to be.' Originally only intended to be one fic, but it somehow sprung up into two! I might also include some other supplementary bits in this series as well, like scrapped scenes or character profiles for some of the characters in the fics, if people are interested in that sort of thing.

Summary
