“Ow ow ow ow ow” “Jagiya, why are YOU saying ow? I’m the one with a twisted ankle.” Minho looks over to Jisung, who's walking slowly behind him as Chan and Hyunjin hold him up. Concern is laced on Jisung's face as he watches every step Minho sort of takes. It was embarrassing, and Minho was more than pissed at himself for making such a stupid mistake on stage. On one of the biggest stages he had been on. And now, he was paying the price for it.
“Because you won’t say it, so someone has to”, Jisung replies with a slight whine. Minho just shakes his head fondly before gritting his teeth as another shot of pain runs through his hovering foot.

“I should be the one saying that, don’t you think?” Jisung grins beneath him, and in his hurry to retreat off the boy, Minho almost trips over his own ankle.
He gives himself a second to collect his dignity, slipping the switchblade back into his pocket like he hadn’t just almost killed the prince and absolutely fucked over his own life.
“What are you doing here, your highness?”
“I thought we agreed not to use that anymore.”
Minho clears his throat to mask his annoyance, pinching his own fingers to stop himself from rolling his eyes.
“Jisung.”
“Wonderful. That’s so much better. You’d do well to make a habit out of it.”
Or: Having spent three years undercover in an enemy kingdom with his right hand man, Hwang Hyunjin, Minho finds himself facing a variable he never expected that risks crumbling his meticulously constructed plans as well as his loyalties.
