Oh my god the way timefeeler writes bloodymary interacting and learning space and biology is so stellar!!I'm so in love with their writing style too! They also are an amazing author who is able to create a great balance on Simon's character that doesn't lean on the far ends of what he's often stereotyped in the fandom. Craving a snappy but well mannered, smart but confused, weary yet trusting Simon? This is the perfect place!! Also Adrian is so sweet to him, I love their friendly dynamic so much 🥺
Also demisexual Grace for those who hungers for it (aka ME) and I LOOOVVEE when Grace just nerds the fuck out and be an actual yapping teacher! Especially with Simon! and atimefreeler makes him so interwoven with his fear and courage that yes, he will save someone from a bloody submarine but he WILL make high pitched screams while doing so!
Will absolutely be re-reading the shit out of this fic

Summary

This fic is Literally one of my top favorite interpretation of Simon and Grace together, they're so in love and caring I might explode. I don't know why but Mango somehow makes me reading about them so comforting and as older adult men, just seeing them living as themselves around each other, that their attraction and love is just so natural to watch that it makes me so happy. They are each other's world 🥺
Mango apparently also loves taking out a metal pipe and bashing my emotional kneecaps apart when my guard is down 😭 I cried so hard it wasn't funny /lh still worth going through to see them work through their difficulties together.

When Grace gets seemingly teleported by means unknown into the SM-13 right as it was nearing The Light, both Simon and Grace have no idea what is happening. Grace knows he was supposed to be in his house on Erid, Simon knows this new guy cannot possibly be a hallucination, and Ava, upon hearing Grace ramble about theories for how he got there, knows that new guy is Smart. Could-Secure-Our-Survival Smart.

Yummy Grace stuck in Iron Lung universe fic! Reading this is much more flavorful that the ration bars they're feeding my boys im sure.
Grace just teleporting into the sub with Simon was so fun to read. Grace being back in the Fucking Building again and is used to solve a galactic calamity 2.0 electric boogaloo but hey at least he gets to keep his emotional supportive convict by his side

Simon's religious imagery of Grace and touch starved bloodymary is genuinely starting to feel like crack to me, holyyy
Such a nice writing style that already gets me sucked into Simon and Grace's character. The sweet tension between the two feels so natural the moment they start interacting with each other.
Also some cultural differences between the two is so cute, and the fact Simon is already very protective of Grace 😭 ohh they're the best.
I can just feel that they're about to make such a deep connection together, the type where one wants to crawl into the other's skin just to feel their warmth and closeness so intimately.
