Wolves are instinctively attentive. Whether it’s to their own body or their surroundings. They know what can make them tick, feel driven.
Something shifts. Scent glands thickens. Musky, earthy even. Their once attentiveness turns into desire, intent.
The rabbit, prey to the predator, feels it before it understands it.
Submit. It’s what rabbits know.
Especially when it’s a big hungry wolf in pre-rut.
What’ll happen when the wolf finds the rabbit?
Will it kill it or eat it alive?
Or maybe breed it.
