Summary
Castiel ran through the woods, his paws leaving deep marks in the dirt. He followed the crying and eventually burst through undergrowth and bushes into a clearing.
A young child, maybe four or five, sat in the grass, bawling. Castiel immediately shifted to his human form and approached the child. It looked at him with wide, tear-filled eyes. Castiel crouched next to him. The boy was a Werewolf, Castiel could tell. Castiel emitted soothing pheromones, and the boy calmed.
"What's wrong?" Castiel asked. The pup sniffed and rubbed at his eyes with dirty hands.
"My omega-daddy is hurt and won't wake up." The pup sobbed, and Castiel's world froze.
Castiel lived far from society, content with the fact that he would likely spend the rest of his life alone. The chance encounter of an omega and his young pup running for their lives changed that.

Omega actor Dean Winchester plays Sebastian Colt on the show “Metaphysical” but the popularity of the show is waning as its second season comes to a close. Alpha Castiel Novak is hired to be Dean’s new co-star and he shakes up a whole lot more than the narrative.
Or, the author is very, very petty and decided to write things the way she wants, and also, it’s set in the Omegaverse.
