Atsumu hates feelings. Hates them.
Hates them so much he gingerly carves a special place in his heart, bleeding, just for them.
He hopes, or rather—wishes, pleadingly, it wasn’t always this way. That at least at one point in his miserable long life, he felt an ounce of carefree silly happiness, the stuff of kids giggles and bashful smiles.
But how can he bring himself to remember crooked grins and unruly laughter and untroubled days when blood is seeping out his heart, dripping down his suit, and staining his fingers?
How can he live when Sakusa’s arm is around someone else’s?

Summary
A fic where rich boy Sakusa blows off steam by getting heroin from the drug dealer Atsumu.
“First time I’ve seen an addict in action, in like a while,” he says casually, as if it’s totally normal for him to be staring at Sakusa like a creep.
“Don’t you have someplace to be?” Sakusa asks. And I’m not an addict,” he adds, holding onto the little pride he has left.
“Nah, drug dealers have plenty of free time,” he tells Sakusa, sitting down on the road in front of him, smiling. “And if yer not an addict, it’s news to me. I mean ya practically grabbed the baggie out of my hands with yer claws.”
Sakusa scoffs, repulsed at the childish behavior. “I literally did not.”
“Ya literally did.”’
“Considering the fact that you demanded you have the money beforehand and then dropped the heroin on the floor for me to pick up, I think we can conclude I didn’t.”

Summary
“You’re a brave little human,” the hybrid said, even as he looked up at Kiyoomi, the scant height difference between them nothing compared to how much thicker his muscles were, “and nosy, too. You’re lookin’ for somethin’, ain’t ya?”
“Just curious,” Kiyoomi lied, but the hybrid still seemed dubious.
“Curious, huh?” The word curled over his tongue with uncertainty, and he chased it by licking his lips, stepping back. “Well, curiosity never helped anyone, did it?"
Kiyoomi follows a story his grandmother told him, about a powerful plant that grew in the heart of the foxgrove.
He finds Atsumu instead, a fox hybrid that blocks the way to an abandoned shrine. Maybe Atsumu'll give him the power he seeks.

“Remember our deal?” With that nudge, Atsumu tugs Kiyoomi’s underwear and pants down and they fall to the floor. Kiyoomi kicks them away so he won’t trip on them later, leaving him in his button down and loafers and Miya in his sweats and—ugh, Kiyoomi doesn’t miss those—crocs.
Atsumu licks his lips. “Greedy,” Kiyoomi laughs.
“Hungry,” he corrects, and dives in for a meal.
Before the game, Kiyoomi looked at the marquee with all the players and their pictures on it, saw Miya’s long tongue and spread lips, and thought there’s a mouth made for sucking cock. Now? “Oh, baby,” Kiyoomi sighs reverently, and Atsumu is once again fighting back tears at the raw emotion in his voice. “I’ll take care of you, I’ve got you. Just relax for me.”
Atsumu can do that, he can relax and let Kiyoomi make him feel good. His heart aches from the care and devotion shown by his best friend, from knowing that this’ll all be gone tomorrow. They’ll be just friends, not lovers, and Kiyoomi will never look at him like this again.
Kiyoomi is his best friend, and Atsumu is hopelessly in love with him.
