Summary

Nine years after Honmoon Palace fell to a mysterious foe, Kang Mira and Choi Zoey live under the ruthless thumb of the Kang merchant family risen to power with the absence of the ruling Ryu Clan. Summary
Mira the elf and Zoey the half-elf/half-dwarf have been working as bounty hunters for years. Their specialty? Dragon bounties. Despite being only a duo, they are determined to be the ones who bring all dragons down, as well as their dragon lord Gwi-ma.
One day, an unknown stranger wanders into town and sets up a smithy. The wares are unique, forged with scales of dragons that make them extra durable. No one knows where the strange blacksmith Rumi came from. No one knows where she sources the scales. No one even knows for certain what Rumi is. Well, Mira and Zoey can think of one thing. Rumi is hot, but seems to have a misplaced compassion for what she calls the "dragonfolk."
