Summary

The 'rivalry' between the departments is alive and well but will the undeniable spark between them lead to crossing some boundaries? Summary
Completely AU.
Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler never worked together. But they were both cops in NYC, different precincts. Both of them have experienced trauma. Elliot, trying to save his coworkers shot and killed a young girl (Jenna) and ran away to Greece to hide from his guilt but never left after three years.
