Demons aren't the only ones who seal the deal with a kiss, apparently Angels do it too. And Cas is handing them out like candies. Dean figures if he can't stop him, he might as well use it to his advantage and strike a few deals on his own to earn Angel kisses whenever he likes.
But it's a dangerous game to play because the more kisses he gets, the harder it is to stop, and maybe pushing Cas away is easier than facing how he really feels.

Summary
Between the lines of Season 6, there are moments Dean doesn’t remember.
Castiel is tired of waiting. Tired of standing at Dean’s side while Dean finds comfort in someone else, tired of reaching for something more and pulling back at the last second. The situation is becoming untenable, a quiet collapse he can no longer ignore.
