Summary
My first playthrough I chose a Cleric of Tyr and then... fell into a romance with Astarion which made for a VERY weird vibe. This was kind of the result of his comment to the player character "there really is no justice in the world" which hits home slightly differently when you're playing a justice cleric. The brainworm set in, and this happened.
Some canon lifted directly from the game (SPOILER ALERT), some very definitely not, all characters etc attributed to Larian Studios. Female character but I've tried to limit physical descriptions as much as possible. NSFW and my first time writing a smut scene so hopefully it's not too terrible.

Did he feel better? Maybe a smidgen. If the thing had cried or wailed over its pitiful existence and inevitable fading into obscurity maybe he would’ve been more satisfied.
Then again, it was a skeleton key so he wasn’t sure what he had been expecting.

SPOILERS [Ascended!Astarion x Good Ended Durge] He was Tav's biggest mistake. A final effort to hold onto her freedom went awry only to wake to an Astarion now established in his role as vampire lord. She'd managed a decent outcome for everyone else, but giving him what he wanted cost them both.

When they faced Cazador, they faced him together. Astarion knew what he wanted; freedom, on his own terms. Revenge for two hundred years of torment. Yet in those final moments, he'd faltered. With Cazador's blade in hand and fear in Astarion's heart, he'd changed his mind. He would go through with the ritual, and looked to his love for support.
She turned him down. And he left her.
By the time Astarion's temper cooled and he returned, it was too late. And the consequences of his lapse in judgement would haunt him for the rest of his immortal life.
