Summary
“In my humble opinion there’s only three things that men should be and that is bloody, slutty, and pathetic.” And, on a good day, Draco Malfoy can be all three.
When war heroine Hermione Granger and Azkaban-tattooed war criminal Draco Malfoy are forced to wed as part of Shacklebolt’s controversial Reconciliation Act, they openly fight the match and each other—their public brawls breathlessly reported by the press.
Secretly, a deeply traumatized Draco delights in Hermione’s attention and pines for a real marriage with her—even as her forced proximity to the Black family magic irritates the cursed scar Bellatrix left on her arm, reminding her why she can never truly trust or forgive him. Then Hermione discovers that Draco’s blood will soothe the scar . . . and Draco is willing to trade his blood for her body.
(With post-war blood purity politics, black market potioneers, Pansy Parkinson’s career advice, the Malfoys blackmailing Hermione’s Wizengamot opposition, BDE Neville Longbottom hunting Death Eaters, a slutty Theo Nott serving as Draco’s right-hand man, and Crookshanks loose in Malfoy Manor.)

Summary
The war bonded them, yet Hermione denies her feelings exist. Denies him. Sirius knows she’s running. Good thing he likes a good game of chase.
When the Second Wizarding War comes to an end, Hermione returns to Hogwarts to make up her seventh year. Although everyone struggles to adjust to the aftermath, Hermione Granger finds it impossible to manage life as an orphan, a werewolf, and a student suffering the most unfortunate feelings for the professor who she’d fled upon returning to school. Though they work closely together, she resists the comfort he threatens to offer her.
Hermione’s sacrifice during the war returned James, Lily, and Sirius from the Veil. How? Merlin only knows. But you won’t catch Sirius wasting away his last shot at life. When Headmistress McGonagall asks him to help her teach Transfiguration for the upcoming year, he doesn’t hesitate to accept — even though he wants nothing to do with the position. Instead, he wishes to remain close to Hermione. She’s one thought away from breaking down, and he intends to catch her when she falls.
The comfort of Hogwarts, he hopes, may yet help her to accept him, her feelings, and the life he so clearly sees with her — only her.
