“Hello, welcome to Coffee Hub, can I take your order?” Mike said.
“Do you just have that memorised?” ‘Michael’ asked, a joyful lilt in his voice. “And isn’t it Tea Hub?”
Mike gave an unimpressed stare, was this some new way to get under his skin? “No, it’s Coffee Hub.”
“I’m pretty sure it’s Tea Hub.” ‘Michael’ insisted, “that’s what the sign said when I came in.”
“And I’m pretty sure that I’ve been working here longer than you’ve been drinking here.” Mike dismissed, it was a weak attempt, Mike was going to have to come up with a new way to spell Michael.
“But… it says Tea Hub right there?” ‘Michael’s’ voice implied confusion but his demeanour implied anything but.
Mike took a look at what ‘Michael’ was pointing at and gaped. ‘Michael’ was right, it said Tea Hub. Mike rubbed his eyes and it said Coffee Hub again but with a blink it returned to Tea Hub.
