One day in Gardenview, Shrimpo notices that his best (& only) friend Finn's smile is a little sharper than usual. But that's alright. During the trip, the gang is compromised while restocking supplies. This surprise attack results in Ina and Lark being whisked away and Calico and Slade being left alone to deal with the mess. During this rescue mission, whist avoiding haze shifts--the two have to work together and rekindle the trust they once had as kids...the friendship- or whatever type of relationship it was has to exist in order for them to work together to get their friends back.
