The hair on the back of Leon’s neck stands up and he’s whipping around with his gun raised before he’s even conscious of doing so.
“Holy shit, don’t shoot!” There’s panic in the unidentified person’s voice. Male. Early twenties. He’s standing across the row of desks, his hands up in a universal ‘holy-shit-don’t-shoot’ gesture.
Leon notes a few things about this person. One: he’s holding a gun. Two: he’s wearing tactical gear, the RPD logo across the breast.
Three: this stranger has his face.

And Leon Kennedy is glaring at him, eyes angry and distrusting—and cold, that’s the strange thing. Cold, as if Luis didn’t take his last breath before those very same eyes not thirty seconds ago.

“I do not recall telling you my name.” Viktor stated matter-of-factly. “Yet you know it. Have we met?” Yes. Many times. Practically lived together inside their lab, but he couldn’t tell Viktor that. No, this Viktor had no idea who Jayce really was, and he intended on keeping it that way.
Jayce stumbled on his own thoughts trying to find an answer. Shit. Viktor is right, he wasn’t supposed to tell Jayce his name until later in his apartment. Damn it. “Uh—“ he stalled as he tried to think of a lie. “H-Heimerdinger had mentioned you once. You’re his assistant, right? Snarky Undercity kid with an accent? Not many other people here who fit that description.”

After the Hexcore collapsed, Jayce gets sent back to where it all started, the day he met Viktor, but Viktor seems to have no recollection of him. What happens when Jayce gets another chance, knowing what he knows now.
My take on Season 2 Jayce with Season 1 Viktor until Viktor eventually remembers everything and they live happily ever after because I refuse to give these two any more sad endings!
No idea how many chapters this will have, we're just gonna roll with it until the dopamine stops.
