Summary
“For the first time in weeks he had put on an alarm. Which was the reason he woke up that morning. The first time in weeks he woke up with an alarm, and the last time he ever would.
The sound had pulled him out of sleep, cutting through the quiet of the room, and with weak hands he reached for his phone, silencing it without looking, pushing it away, delaying it.
There was a stone sitting heavy on his chest. It sat deep in his stomach and behind his eyes before he even fully opened them, heavy and steady and impossible to ignore.
It was unmistakable sadness filling him up.
And there were a lot of reasons for Jisung to be sad today.
Minutes passed slowly, stretched, quiet, the room unmoving around him while the alarm waited to ring again.
For the last time, he lay in this bed.
Today marked it.
The day everything had broken.”OR

Summary
Of course Jisung knows that meeting someone online is, like, the epitome of fake friends. How can you seriously know someone if you don’t know what they’re really like?
Minho is different though, no matter how many times Hyunjin has tried to convince him he isn’t. If Minho wasn’t different, then Jisung wouldn't be walking off an airplane, luggage in hand, to stay at his house for two weeks. If Minho wasn't different, then Jisung wouldn't be already a little bit in love with him.
Or: Jisung stays at Minho's apartment for two weeks while trying hard not to fall even more madly in love, with the weight of knowing that he just has to go back home when it's all over.

Seungmin checked his tablet. “Physical proximity increased your sync rate by 0.3%. Keep it up.”
Jisung leaned toward the panel, whispering like they were conspiring against the world.
“…So should I hold his hand longer, or do we upgrade to cuddling?”
Minho froze mid-step, the word cuddling short-circuiting his brain.
“Please don’t.”
Soulmates were supposed to be miracles. Minho filed his under potential felony.

Summary
"What did you just say?" Minho froze in place, his eyes locked on the blond figure before him. In three long strides, he crossed the distance between them, the ground vanishing beneath his feet. He grasped the creature gently by the shoulders
"Did you just say my name? Say it again" Startled by the sudden outburst, the alien recoiled, fear flickering in his eyes. His retreat forced Minho back two steps, as if the distance between them was meant to remain.
Or: what happens when two creatures from different worlds meet and fall in love, but cannot coexist on the same planet?

Summary
“I’m just curious,” Jisung insists. He fidgets on the bed, pressing harder against the cool wall at his back. The words feel wrong in his mouth, like chewing on grains of sand. Like a lie. “Can't a guy be curious about his friends' sex lives?”
Changbin flicks his forehead with aggression that Jisung thinks is wholly unwarranted. “You deserved that,” Changbin informs him and smiles, an awful, knowing smile that makes Jisung instantly uneasy. “Is that what's eating at you, that you’ve never had Minho-hyung like that? Being his self-proclaimed soulmate and favourite person in the world isn’t enough, is it? You want all of him to yourself.” Changbin tsks, wagging a finger at him. “Greedy, greedy Hannie.”
