Summary
Buck had left the past behind. He was done with everything. Until Jason Baker, the leader of the illegal fighting, kidnaps the members of 118 and Athena, to force Eddie to fight for him again. Buck would do anything to protect the people he loves, even reopen old scars that he thought were sealed forever. Buck is sure they will make it out alive, what he's not sure about is whether his friends will still be able to look him in the face at the end.

Summary
Almost ten years prior to Eddie Diaz's introduction to Firehouse 118, he was in Afghanistan serving as an army medic.
