Each year, every year, 24 children will be required to participate. 23 will die. Only 1 will survive, to live forevermore in riches, fame and safety. The Ultimate Victory.

    The Covey do not forget easily and the product of the Capitol’s favorite son and a girl from beyond the fences may give rise to a Mockingjay earlier than expected.

    Either way, Phee intends on ending the games - she’ll use her grandmother’s songs and wiles and her grandfather’s powers of manipulation to do it, and fall deeply in love while she does.

This story will explore her life as a tribute in the 73rd Hunger Games and through the three original books.
