Katsuki moved on. Izuku didn't.
What starts as a simple case of unrequited love turns into a dangerous spiral of depression, self-harm, and a desperate overdose that leaves Izuku clinging to life. Katsuki drops everything—including his current life—to bring Izuku back from the brink. But "back" isn't where they started.
