    “Yeah that- that actually doesn’t make me any less confused,” Oscar frowned.

    “It is okay, mate! If it was not for Max I would think about it myself. Although he is a bit too, how do you say, 'Lando', for my tastes.”

    Oscar’s frown deepened.

    “It is not that, I would love to come in,” the man offered, a shy smile curling over his mouth and creating a set of dimples on its corners. Max tried not to stare. “However, I simply cannot. I am not allowed, so to speak,” he explained.
    “What,” Max looked at him, eyebrows raised. “Why?”
    The man flashed a broad smile and Max could not avoid looking. What he saw were fangs.
