Summary
Jon had been a beta all his life. He was happy enough with it. It made his life easier. No unnecessary sexual pains, no submission or need to submit others to your will. But things have begun to change at The Magnus Institute, so much so that the increased stress caused a late presentation as an omega.
Elias, Martin and the others have to find a way to properly train their archivist before he hurts himself denying his new true nature.
*Elias is still not anyone’s favorite, but he’s not their enemy explicitly in this. Loosely follows the plot of the original, which some changes like Tim not dying*

Summary
The Magnus Institute of Art is not a university. It is an artists' collective, with a rotating cast of Resident Artists and the amateurs they've agreed to take on for a year. It is highly prestigious and exclusive, and somehow Martin got in without actually applying.
The Institute is run by famed modern artist Elias Bouchard, who very rarely takes on charges. He's made quite an exception for Jon.
Art can draw out such powerful emotion, after all. It just needs the right guiding hand.

Michael pulls him closer by the throat, leaning down to run that long and hideous tongue along the shell of Jon's ear, “Go back to your friends. Tell them you’re tired and wish to go home. Don’t let either of them follow you out the front door.”
Jon gasps at the feeling of teeth grazing his ear and he whimpers, shaking like a leaf in the monster’s grasp, “A-and if I don't?”
“What a stupid question,” Michael murmurs, leaning back to gaze at him with a smirk that's far meaner than any look he's given Jon so far. “I don't think you want to find out what happens if you disobey me, Archivist. Don't tempt your fate. I'm giving you a chance to show me that you can be good for me. It would benefit you greatly to assure me of this.”
