Firelord Zuko is turning 24. As per tradition, everyone in the Royal family must find a mate by the time they are 24.
After the war, Zuko is too busy to socialize so his court takes it upon themselves to host a competition inviting 15 omegas of noble families to fight for a chance at Zuko's hand.
Sokka and Katara are both omegas and are invited to compete. Sokka goes to gain world experience for when he is chief. Katara goes to watch make sure he returns home alive. What neither expected was for Sokka to win.- Language:

Summary
Long ago, the Fire Nation wiped out the air nomads. For years people held onto a dying hope that the avatar, a legendary figure said to be capable of wielding all four elements would bring peace. But he never came, and the Fire Nation unleashed a reign of terror upon the other nations.
Now, under the rule of Firelord Iroh, the Fire Nation is calling for peace. After a near century long war the new current world leaders are doing everything their power to mend old wounds and bring peace they have never known by themselves.
As tension begins to rise again all hope seems lost, until the promising High Commander Sokka, and Prince Zuko share a vision bestowed to them by the spirits.

“So…” the female guard whispered, “Do you know what really happened in the war room?”
The three other guards leaned in around the lunch table and then they all looked towards Sokka expectantly. It accrued to the water tribe boy that the story of the banished Prince was practically a legend in the Fire Nation. A “ghost” story used to scare children. It’d be weird if Sokka got up and left now. They’d rightly assume that he sympathized with their hated Prince...
He wanted to leave. But...
He didn’t have a choice, did he?
Basically: Sokka hears the story of how Zuko got his scar from some guards during the Boiling Rock and he doesn’t know how to deal with this information.

The 100-year war is more of a 95-year war, end earlier for reasons that don't matter right now. After a few years of negotiations, Firelord Azulon wants a marriage alliance between the Chief of the Southern Water Tribe and a member of the Fire Nation royal family. No one really wants this, but after five years, Hakoda can tell his people are tired and want to move on, so he's willing to do what it takes to make peace happen. That is until the Fire Nation sends him a child to marry, and there is no way in hell that is happening.

Summary
After being banished from the Fire Nation and realizing how horrible his nation really is, especially his father, Prince Zuko hides out in the South Pole.
Three years later, Katara and Sokka find a boy in the iceberg who turns out to be the Avatar.
With the Fire Nation hot on his heels, Zuko finds himself between a rock and a hard place. Telling the truth is hard, but lying hurts more and more. Can he continue being Lee, or should he go back to being the Fire Nation prince?
And being in love with that idiot Sokka doesn't help his situation at all, it only makes it worse.
