It always starts small.
Similar to how a single snowflake can be the final straw that causes a massive avalanche that covers everything with its pure, white snow.
All it takes is that one tiny push to be the catalyst that it needs to move, to act, but what they don't tell you is how many pushes it needs for that one final one to finally have that massive effect that they've been waiting for with bated breath.
How many actual snowflakes does a snowpack need for the snow holding it in place to buckle and falter under the weight of everything it's carrying?
People don't fixate on that fact, they focus on that final one, the one that gives the immediate and the biggest outcome.
Mira fixates on both. Not in the way that she's counting the amount of attempts she makes or the time it takes to finally to get what she wants. She focuses on the small little progresses that her actions make, see what she can do better, determine what doesn't work, and continue what does.
Or a fic where Rumi avoids Mira like the plague and Mira's solution? Placing notes in places she can't avoid
