    You’re a young psychologist working at a small mental hospital chasing her dreams.
    You go on a field study, interviewing over a dozen people with facial deformities about their childhoods to study how it affected them. Dreaming to write a book and earn good money.
    The last stop on your road trip is Thomas Brown Hewitt.
    You couldn’t find much info on him but the newspaper clippings you found in the library sparked your interest. You go down to the Hewitt estate to meet Thomas but they don't let you leave.

    The story starts of in a courtroom, you stand witness, explaining how you managed to get into and out of this situation. Can your testimony convice the judge not to give him the death penalty?

    The chapters work with flashbacks but they're really long flashbacks. I promise they don’t take you out of the story.
    This fic has a shy, virgin, inexperienced mute Thomas.
