Summary
There’s certain dangers associated with becoming adventurers. Mages thinking themselves funny, aggressive stonework, definitely not morning people dragons and such. Ingo, Emmet and Elesa had been prepared for it when they’d first set out as a party. They’d vowed to be careful, to pick their battles and forays so that any missteps they’d make would end up merely embarrassing instead of fatal. So far it has worked, even this latest hiccup is looking unlikely to have lasting consequences.
Still, Ingo imagines he might be able to complain about this. After all, it’s not every day that some cultists voluntell him that he’s their emergency virgin sacrifice.
