Jenson轻轻拉住他的胳膊，把他揽在怀里：“对不起，我是想帮你们。”Nico身上的香水味正疯狂地涌进他的鼻子 。
“是吗？”他的嗓音因哭泣而有些沙哑，“那你为什么总是要和我吵架，挑衅我，跟我比赛？Sebastian告诉我，Lewis曾经和你有过几年的暧昧期，你难道不是因为还没放下他而一直接近我，想打败我吗？我讨厌你。”
Jenson僵住了。他感到整个世界天旋地转。
“什么？我——”他惊恐地捧住Nico的脸，对方仍挂着眼泪默默怒视着他。Jenson长长叹出一口气，吻了吻他的眼睛。

Lewis, hearing what Nico had to say, hearing Nico's reasons made him see the reality - the reality that they had chosen. Clearly, Lewis had chosen his career, and Nico, deprived of the chance to choose their family, did the same. They have cursed each other, blamed each other, called the other every and all unsavory names in the book; they played their mind games, and committed irreparable damage on what was left of their bond, yet, hearing that their child was reduced into nothing but a collateral damage in their quest to achieve their dreams, hurt.
