Summary
“Didn’t know you were up yet, Byers.”
Jonathan opened his eyes.
Steve Harrington.
Steve fucking Harrington.
Steve lay curled up facing towards Jonathan. His hair was tousled and screwed up, probably (hopefully) by sleep, but there were finger-sized indents that parted it right above his ear. As Jonathan’s eyes slid down Steve’s toned body, he saw that Steve’s muscular stomach was covered in handprints and scratches, still red and raw and new. With the early-morning sunshine highlighting each freckle on his face and each one of his eyelashes, ghosting above his peacefully closed eyes, Steve didn’t look nearly as harsh as he did during school; sort of pretty, almost, in a way —
Where the hell was he?

Summary
Hopper knows that move.
The arm stretch. The casual couch drape. The classic high school maneuver perfected by teenage boys too obsessed with their hair and not enough shame.
And it's happening in his living room.
