Summary
He banged his head into a wall, this horrible crashing sound like a cymbal falling on the floor. He tried singing again, but it was shaky, even for him. A flower was born and died in his hand

Summary
“Is he always like this?” She asked Hermes, unable to keep the desperation from her voice. The first time she’d asked the question, she had been admittedly endeared by his forward nature and earnestness. Now, all of that was gone, replaced by a stretched-thin and hyper-focused version of the boy she loved. Hermes had been honest, giving her a weary “yes,” and she’d turned back to husband with a pain in her heart and guilty frustration.

Or, Eurydice worries over Orpheus's well-being as he becomes more and more obsessed with completing his song, and poor coping mechanisms arise.

Summary
This is the story of how a cinnamon roll unlocks the inner cinnamon roll in a could-actually-kill-you roll with the power of love, song, and tea. Watch how these two cinnamon rolls compete in a heart-stopping battle to out-cinnamon-roll each other as they play a delicate game of how-close-can-you-get-to-being-a-couple-without-actually-being-a-couple. Expect to see multiple stretches of plotless sappy dialogue, lazily-written side characters that only exist to serve the romance, and such obscene acts of cinnamon-rollery as to put your grandma’s recipe to shame.
Or: a silly little fic that fills in the gaps between “Road to Hell” and “All I’ve Ever Known” with cute, fluffy encounters and deliciously angsty episodes through which our precious little cinnamon rolls fall in love. The burn is painfully slow and rife with a sense of yearning so intense it should be illegal. I regret nothing.

Summary
“And then Hermes would step in. Because no one else knew him like the God did, which was sad. That not a single mortal understood his pain. Understood his needs. Because he was different. He thought different. He acted different.
He expressed emotion different.“
•
Summer is reaching its peak, and fall is not far away.
With this, Orpheus has convinced himself that the song is not good enough to support them, and he must work on it to make it perfect. He gets a little caught up, and lacks proper self care for days. It gets to the point where Hermes has to step in, as he usually does.
