Summary

Summary
Sirius cleared his name and gained custody of Harry in the summer before his fifth year and Dumbledore has seemingly decided to ignore the Boy-Who-Lived. This doesn't solve as many problems as Harry thought it would.
With his magic behaving strangely, a High Inquisitor sticking her nose into everything, a new political minefield to navigate, and Voldemort up to no good, Harry's got a lot going on.
