Summary
Becoming Hokage had prepared Kakashi Hatake for war councils, political unrest, and plenty no-win decisions. It had not prepared him for Haruno Sakura quietly becoming the most important person in his life somewhere between midnight paperwork, diplomatic crises, and rebuilding a broken village. Sakura insisted they were simply overworked colleagues. Kakashi suspected that stopped being true years ago.

Summary
Tsunade’s gaze turns to Kakashi, her eyes narrowing.
“Why are you late?” She glares.
He blinks at her.
“Didn’t wake up.”
Tsuande picks up an ornate paperweight, hefts it in her hand, and then flings it at his head.
Kakashi steps neatly out of the way and spins to watch it fly into the wall with a loud slam.
Sakura’s jaw is hanging wide open.
“Sakura,” Tsunade purrs, her eyes flashing with something feline, “meet your new team partner, Kakashi Hatake.”

Summary
No one understands why it happened. Not long after the war had ended Kakashi is found in the council members chambers, three of them dead, and his hands raised. He's placed in immediate psych hold, while the village talks of what caused this. Sakura has the training needed, she knows how this all works, therefore she is placed as his personal psychiatrist.
Feelings complicate everything, especially when your past sensei is now your deemed psych patient. Capable of internal homicide with no signs of remorse or insanity. Kakashi seems like Kakashi, so why? It's her job to find that out.
