Megumi’s face pressed against the pillow, and he didn’t even try to move. He felt hollow. Like everything had been scraped out from the inside, but the shell of him still had to stand up and pretend like he was a person. He wanted to be angry. He wanted to hate him. For leaving. For not letting him stay. For shutting the door and making him feel like a child. For making him feel discarded.
But he couldn’t hate him. He loved him. Still. He didn’t know how to stop. Five months wasn’t forever, but it was every single day of his summer. It was falling asleep with someone’s hand in his hair. It was fingers on his neck, and mouths pressed to his jaw, and whispered praise that felt like sunlight. It was feeling, finally, like he was someone worth wanting.

On more possessive days (though some would argue the CEO was always possessive), President Yoo would press his secretary against the glass windows for anyone and everyone to see. And on more punishing days, President Yoo would have him gripping the desk as if it were a lifeline.
Feeling awfully considerate today, Yoo Joonghyuk had him seated on the plush couch, legs spread in a scandalous invitation. And as his sole, obedient worshipper, Yoo Joonghyuk fell to his knees.
