Endeavor and Rei figure themselves out a little faster and work to repair the family they began unraveling before it was even fully formed. Touya, though he suffers some self-inflicted injuries young, receives the help needed to heal and grow into a hero his family and he are proud of.Hawks is the fastest man alive, even with the chains that tether him to the HPSC and his debt to them for making him the hero he is today.

Touya will not leave Hawks alone. Every scene he lands at, Touya is there, smirking and taunting with sparkling eyes. It is driving Hawks insane. At least that is what he tells anyone who asks about their post-scene smoke breaks, or the way Touya teases him and calls him 'birdy'. No one needs to know that Hawks is secretly falling in love with the... routine. Yeah, the routine is nice. That's all.
So imagine Hawk's surprise that Touya suddenly starts acting cold towards him when he accepts the request to aid the Endeavor agency in training their overflowing interns. He does not understand this man, let alone his own feelings for him.

After the downfall of the League, the Commission and society wanted to change.
They wish for unfortunate souls to have a second chance, to be able to lead a normal life.
Forging a plan to shine brighter to the outside, they come up with the idea to have prisoners reformed by assigning them to a guardian, a Keeper, a pro hero who takes care of them and gets them back to society. No matter the circumstances.Hawks has to admit, he wasn't expecting to be bored when the League was behind bars.
He also wasn't expecting to receive a mission which proved to be so hard.
And he would have never expected to have to share the safety of his house with a lunatic, who didn't wish for this second chance.(Currently revising chapters whenever I have time.)

Hawks watches him with those golden, golden eyes. They shine like molten metal in the afternoon sun.
“You know I’ve done some– pretty despicable shit, alright? This is my chance to– turn my life around, or fucking whatever."
Hawks scoffs, hair bouncing with the motion. He pins Touya with another narrow-eyed look, "are you done? If I was younger, I'd definitely fall for that."
It's hard to remember that they're not in their mid-twenties pussyfooting around anymore. Touya has lost so many years that he's not really aware that time passes. Hawks has lost that youthful, naive look that Touya was half-sure was a farce to weasel his way into the League. He's probably a little pressed that Touya cockblocked him from a gold mine of information.
Maybe he's mad about his wings.
“C’mon,” Touya pleads. Fuck his pride, he guesses, “I’ve applied to Universities and shit, I volunteer at the community center. I don’t kidnap teenagers and hold them hostage, or threaten to light people on fire. What more can you fucking want?”
“You didn’t hold the door open for me."
“That–” fuck him. “Okay, fine, fuck, yes. I didn’t– hold open the fucking door, whatever. Do I have to be fucking perfect?”
