Summary
Link was on a streak of bring Mipha to new and exciting locations that he found in his adventures. When an untimely blizzard strikes, Link has a solution that Mipha was not exactly thrilled about, but the fruits of this solution were as sweet as they come. Her way of thanking him for taking such good care of him was even steamier than the hot spring that was the focal point of their adventure.

Summary
After the Calamity was halted by Link's hand, he left his life as Hylia's chosen hero behind in hopes to lead a more fulfilling life. Retiring to Hateno, unfortunately, did not bring him the comfort he desired -- no matter how much he tried to force it. Giving up on stationary comfort, he ventured back into the wilds, where he felt he belonged. It was nice knowing that he had somewhere to come home to if need be, but that did not sate his desire in life. After 4 years spent aimlessly wandering all of Hyrule regaining some of his memories and learning more of his past, he planned a relaxing excursion to Satori Mountain -- not expecting anything like what he was going to be met with.

Not only had Revali been trapped by Calamity Ganon's Malice for a hundred years, but his savior had been none other than Link of all people! Now he was stuck trying to save Hyrule with a broken wing and an amnesiac hero with no sense of urgency!
Could it get any worse?
Yes... yes it absolutely could: He could start actually liking the idiotic Hylian.Or, the Revali and Link bromance road trip nobody (especially Revali) asked for.

Summary
Returning from an expedition deep in the Hebra Mountain, Link and Mipha are separated from the rest of the Champions by a monster ambush. A severe injury prevents their escape from a fast-approaching blizzard, which swallows them in its chilling zephyrs. Blessedly, the two find a nearby cabin to hole up in and wait for the storm to blow over. However, the conditions of the cabin are not ideal. Between the old hunter's lodge renovated as a supply station for the Hyrulian army, and dangerous new feelings between the two...Link and Mipha are in for a long, long holdout.

Summary
Link wakes up in a strange place. He is drowning in grief. He cannot remember who or what he is mourning, but it hurts all the same. A dark castle looms in the distance. It is drenched in evil, but a golden light breaks through the eye of the storm. Link will do whatever it takes to keep that light from going out.
This will be the final fight between the God of Power and the Man of Courage. No more reincarnations, no more second chances. Link has lived far too many lives and he is ready to end this. The Calamity is determined to break the unbreakable spirit of the Hero once and for all. The legend that is as old as time itself is finally coming to an end.
-This is a darker reimagining of Breath of the Wild. There will be some light moments but this is meant to be a lot heavier than the original game. I adjusted certain aspects for storytelling purposes. If you notice something that does not match up with the game it is intentional.

These are Hyrule's Champions. The lives of all rests on their shoulder, but despite all their strength and powers, they are only as strong as their weakest link.
This is a retelling of their stories before the Calamity with hidden conversations and what-could-have-beens thrown in. As of AoC and ToTK, consider this to be AU and canon-divergent, bu everything was written in the spirit of canon.

Contrary to popular belief, Link did not so easily agree to being a Champion.
The Hero hidden deep inside of him was frequently tormented by his single worst fear: His own past. And just when the situation seemed to be most dire, ghosts of bygone days came back to haunt not only him, but the rest of Hyrule as well. This time was different, though; he wasn't alone. His fellow Champions now were here to support him in such dark times, especially a certain Red Zora who had so fondly watched him grow up. Could they all prove to Hyrule the danger and grim reality of the future Calamity?
