Sakura looks furious.
His rage is an incandescent thing as he scans the room and finally lands on Suo. Suo runs a quick mental check to think of what he’s done to incur Sakura’s ire recently and comes up blank. Even his usual teasing has been lackluster, he can’t think of a single thing.
All the same, Sakura stalks towards him with singleminded intensity, ignoring everyone calling out greetings to him. Suo arcs a brow and gamely sets his teacup down. He loves Sakura’s anger. Rather, he loves to be the sole focus of any of Sakura’s emotions and anger just so happens to be the easiest one to get

“I know that,” Sakura huffs.
“What do you like about the fireworks, Sakura-kun?” Suo asks him.
Sakura eyes him suspiciously, but he deigns to say, “dunno. They’re nice to look at, I guess. Big and sparkly and…” his fading flush returns fully, realizing both of them are watching him intently. “All that. I guess,” he finishes.
A small moment in the midst of everything else.

Sakura had a soulmate. That was a fact. Every day, little scribbles would appear over his skin, usually his arms and that meant his soulmate existed. The scribbles were words that his soulmate was writing on their own skin, and like a mirror image they appeared on Sakura's own arms.
There was just one slight problem.
