Summary
It's two months since the gate was closed, the Upside Down collapsed, and Max watched her best friend disappeared with it all. And yet, she feels like she can't move on, mostly because she still can't really move. It turns out having several major bones broken and your eyes almost pop out of your skull by an extra-dimensional being really does a number on your body.
Takes place in the 18 months between the final battle and the epilogue with chapters alternating between Max and Lucas' point of view.

Summary

And especially when you are harboring secret feelings for your best friend. And especially if you were sexually assaulted at the young age of thirteen by a grown man, not found until the morning after with your clothes torn and hair muddied. And especially if the things that happen consequently are horrors beyond your young teenage brain can comprehend. But a good support system can help Will get through all these troubles and more, especially if his brother is willing to sacrifice the world for him.
