“What if my experience… is exactly zero.” She whispers and looks away. Gale doesn’t move away from her like she feared, but it takes a few seconds for her to realize he’s gone completely still.
When she looks back up to meet his gaze his expression has morphed into one she can’t say she expected.
He’s embarrassed.
He’s embarrassed?She slaps both of her hands on her face and lets out a high pitched groan. “I’m sorry!” She pleads, wishing Seluné would kill her now or at least have the decency to create a sink hole beneath her.

“And…” She held up a hand that quivered slightly. “I’m magic.”
The implication struck him and he only barely managed to keep himself from falling on her, ready to devour her whole.
“You… You don’t know what you’re offering.” Each word was a struggle to get out and his hand became a claw where it was pressed against his chest.
“I know what I’m offering,” she insisted.
“No, you don’t.” He grimaced as another wave hit him, his very bones aching.
“I could devour you,” he warned, pleaded. If she reconsidered, took back her offering, took the choice from him, he wouldn’t have to worry. He couldn’t outright refuse, not with her there, so close, that crackling magic of hers and the heat of her body a waved carrot in front of a hungry maw. The words wouldn’t come. He was only so strong.
She met his gaze, steady, direct. “So devour me.”

Summary

Gale is a wizard cast aside and after two years in isolation he is unsure of how to act around the pretty sorcerer. Astarion is a vampire who sees everyone as an opportunity for personal gain, but Levina's kindness starts to get him to open up for the first time in two centuries. Levina is torn between the two and its incredibly inconvenient for her since she swore she'd never love again, but now two different men have 'wormed' their way into her heart and mind and she doesn't know what decision to make, or how to quell the storm inside her.

Rolan doesn't know what to make of the spunky and headstrong sorceress; one minute he can't stand her, the next he wants to kiss her. She both intimidates and fascinates him...and the more he gets to know her the less he understands.
“Why don’t we make a bet? Your siblings seem to enjoy that.” She grins.
“What?” Rolan spits.
“A wager, If I lose I’ll give you every book and scroll in my possession that has to do with magic. No catch, no cost.” She smirks.
“And if you do, what do I give you?” He growls.
“A kiss.” Her smirk turns into a grin
Rolan’s face becomes unbearably hot. “What!?”
“If I win, I want you to kiss me. On the lips, for a minimum of five seconds.” She steps closer, too close. She’s so close he can feel her breath on his face, as she whispers. “I’ll let you decide whether to use your tongue or not.”
His indignation speaks for him before he can even think. “Deal!”
