Summary
Ever since the summer of '86 Steve and Eddie had become nearly inseparable. Spending almost every day and night with each other, they clicked like puzzle pieces. Steve has been harboring feelings towards Eddie that he didn't quite recognize. In turn, Eddie had accepted the way he saw Steve but said nothing of it. Snowed in at Steve's house they learn of each other's feelings and begin falling for each other all over again.

Call Edward Wayne Munson a romantic, but one of the few things he believed in was his soul mark. An intricate design of a spiked baseball bat crossed over the neck of Eddie’s prized Warlock. The illustration was always in the back of his mind. He knew his Warlock symbolized him, but he wondered about the boy with the bat.
That was the other thing. Eddie Munson was without the shadow of a doubt, gay. Like hopelessly, and boy did he know it.

Summary
Steve discovers that he's allowed to like girls and guys but doesn't know if he does like guys. So he tried to find out by going to someone he's always annoyingly found attractive.
Eddie absolutely hated Steve Harrington, and hated it even more when Chrissy invited him to hang out with them. But he manages to survive it and get on with his day until his friend and band member is murdered.
