Guanshan fell in love with cooking becuase he was able to taste the emotion that each dish was made with. He had an obsession with emotions; he was addicted to figuring out those of others and those of his own. His observant eye caught little flames of the real He Tian, underneath the icy exterior of his. It was so beautiful, seeing what was real.
Maybe that's why he loved cooking so much.
Maybe that's why he hated the He Tian he saw at school.
