Summary
Angel gave up redemption, the hotel, and everything he had been working towards. He is given an hour of peace, then its right back into the grind. Only this time he has no where to go home to besides the studio.
Except, things are different this time. After Vox's attack on heaven and the devastation of hell, everyone left working for the Vees are unsure what to do. And the ones contracted to them are terrified of what will happen to them. It was rare for anyone to work for the Vees for longer than a few years. A handful made it to a decade before they were thrown out or, in recent times, killed outright.
This makes Angel Dust different. To survive the power shift, eyes fall to him for guidence. And Angel isn't able to sucumb to apathy. He has no choice but to help.
“There ain’t a way to help someone like me. I’m at the bottom of a deep well I dug for myself. You can throw down rope or offer a hand, but I’m the only one who can climb out. And for a long time I didn’t want to. Even if I did, it doesn’t always work. Sometimes I slipped. Sometimes I fell back in. Sometimes I jumped. Every time, it's still gotta be me that climbs out. It's gotta be me that chooses to stay out.”

Summary
Several weeks ago, Alastor fought the Vees and won. Then he disappeared.
In the radio demon's absense, Husk has been enjoying life in the only way he knows how. Drinking and gambling until he's broke and stupid. Wandering around the casino that he owns. Doing nothing for anyone but himself.
But when the beautiful and famous star set to perform shows up injured- that piece of humanity Husk thought was dead rears its ugly head.

Right before the first extermination, Angel Dust and Husk meet while Angel is working. In true huskerdust fashion, Angel is hurt and Husk can't help but offer to help.
Before the night is over, death rains from the sky. And they have to work together to survive the storm. As they do, they learn that they have a lot more in common than just being on a leash. And an unexpected friendship forms. One that may last an afterlife.

After his big plan to rule the heavens goes down in flames, Vox finds himself powerless and out of luck. With no influence left and nowhere else to go, he somehow ends up at the Hazbin Hotel — and to his absolute horror, he’s stuck working there as the new receptionist.
He hates the job, he hates the guests, and he really hates that deer-looking sinner who won’t stop smirking at him. Most of the others have already lost their patience with him, but Charlie still insists on believing there’s some good left in him.
Of course, just when things couldn’t get worse, new problems start showing up at the hotel... and it doesn’t matter how much Vox complains, he’s getting dragged into it anyway.

Summary
The wound on Alastor’s chest becomes badly infected and he’s unable to manage the pain even with drugs and alcohol. It gets to the point of him passing out in one of the hotel’s public spaces, unable to recover before he’s discovered by Charlie. Charlie drags Lucifer to Alastor’s side and tearfully begs Lucifer to save him. She’s having flashbacks to Pentious’s death and is terrified Lucifer might refuse out of spite towards Alastor and she just can’t lose another friend, she can’t!
Lucifer was never going to refuse, but the desperation and fear in his little girl’s voice breaks his heart all the same. Sure, he has his problems with the guy, but he wasn’t going to just leave Alastor for double dead. Who would he argue with over his morning coffee then? He overcompensates, just a tad, using his magic to not only mend the flesh but purge all foreign elements from the Sinner’s body…
Leaving behind a stranger with Alastor’s face and voice, but none of his demonic traits or abilities. Or memories.
