“Okay… then,” Potter mutters to himself. “I guess not?” He’s talking to himself. Potter is talking to himself.
Draco turns back around, ready to ask what exactly Potter means by what he is saying, but as soon as he does, he’s met with the back of his robes.
“I have to get to class— talk later?” He calls, practically sprinting back down the staircase.
Did Potter just run away from him? Draco has been back at Hogwarts for 2 days, after a bloody war ripped everyone apart, and everything feels completely different. Honestly, what did he expect?

Summary
He drops the vic where Dick had been waiting, then whirls around and heads back to the assholes whining on the floor. He’s about to tie up the first one he reaches when he realises that Dick, hovering over the last guy, isn’t doing the same.
Dick isn’t tying him up. He isn’t holding him in a pin, as Wally might expect if he’d gone to tie him up and the guy tried to stop him. He’s holding him down, sure, but it’s not in a pin. He just has his palms on the guy’s shoulders and, though he’s struggling, he can’t seem to get Dick’s grip to loosen at all. Dick’s shoulders are tense, his entire frame trembling with effort. Wally blinks, pausing for half a beat.
“Wing?” he calls, and Dick snaps his head around and snarls. “Fuck!”
Wally’s never really had any close dealings with vampires, until he realises he’s been kept in the dark about something pretty big regarding his best friend.
Dick is grateful to have Wally’s support as well as a new steady source of food, one he can be sure he won’t hurt by accident.
Now to keep each other from realising they each want more than a little blood.
