Pro Hero Hawks is ordered to stop them while he's also given the mission to be recruited to infiltrate the League of Villains. Dabi is caught between boredom and burning the world down. He's found the variables to spice it up.
Three forces move closer: a hero on a tightening leash, a vigilante who refuses to wait for permission, and a villain who understands exactly how systems break.
Nothing burns clean forever.
