Summary
It’s routine now— bits and pieces of a routine that got carried over from their years of spending afternoons together in one of their bedrooms, adjusted just enough to fit this new space that they occupy. In a few minutes, the bed will dip with Kuroo’s weight and Kenma will automatically adjust to make room for him. Kuroo will ask about his day, and his assignments, and his latest stream, and Kenma will give him as detailed of a response as he can manage without fully tearing his attention away from his work. And then, when he’s gotten bored enough, he’ll fit himself underneath Kuroo’s arm and ask him about class, and his study group, and what he wants for dinner.

I think I’m being obvious. I probably don’t need to spell it out for you guys. It’s clear as day, isn’t it? I’m fucking in love with my best friend. And I have been for a very long time.
So it pains me to say that I think I’ve made the stupidest mistake of my entire life. Because a week ago, T asked me if I wanted him to be my fake boyfriend.

Kenma is so stupid. When did he become so stupid? He’d always thought he was kind of smart, but maybe he’s been stupid this entire time.

Summary
Tetsurou goes on a mission to gather the current generation’s best volleyball players for a promotional match. It’s a trip that'll take him to four cities in four countries, which is exhausting to think about, but work is work.
To his surprise, his best friend Kenma — the best friend he’s been in love with for more or less a decade, the best friend who doesn’t love him back, yes, that Kenma — volunteers to keep him company for the entire trip.
Two weeks of traveling together… it should be fine, right? Tetsurou just needs to keep his mouth shut.
But if there’s anything that travel does, it’s make life go sideways.
