Summary
Nightmare is on a solo journey to run away from home. He wants a quiet place where no one will bother him. But on the way, he meets 4 children in need of a new home and reluctantly takes care of them until he can find a safe place for them to stay.
But tensions are high with kingdoms close to declaring war. Will he be able to get them the help they need and stay sane in the process? Is there a possibility these children will grow on him more than intended as they spend time together?

Summary
Nightmare and Error die together by the hands of the Star Sans, instead of glee they feel heartbroken and horrible, while the public celebrates their deaths Dream, Ink, Core!Firsk, and Swap go to investigate more about the two with the Bad Sans. One to get some closure, the other to know if they did the right thing, another for their news anchor, plus one out of curiosity.
PS. This is simply a practice fanfic because I was sick and tired of writing the same two POVs of gay skeletons and never branching out so i'm using this fic as a practice, so if the writing is wack just know it is just a test
