A bet. Simple as it is, pretending to court the one and only Ferdinand von Aegir proves to be a direst attempt than one would dare imagine. Nonetheless, Hubert shall, and must, remain true to his words.

“Who is it?” Ferdinand calls out, wavering. No one answers.He groans in a fit of near anger, turning around on a sudden impulse and walks heavy, loud steps back towards his door, swearing to give a good piece of his mind to the unfortunate one who thought it a good time to disturb his unrest.
The door shakes on his hinges as Ferdinand slams it open, eyes bent in a glare.
“Hubert?” Ferdinand’s look immediately turns to awe at the man standing in front of him, one he'd assume embarrassed to visit him at such an hour if he didn't know better. He remains there, undisturbed by Ferdinand’s outburst, his two feet planted into the ground and Ferdinand feels his hold on the doorknob growing weak, suddenly overcome with the feeling of having made a show of his illegitimate anger.
“May I come in?”

Summary
“Hubert?” Ferdinand manages, his eyes growing wide though knitted brows once he pulls his eyes away from Hubert’s form, his curiosity redirected to the bassin of water in front of him. “What's this?”
Hubert grins, sharp white teeth over ivory lips, the way one would look at a prey in a hunting game.
“Why, Ferdinand, it is but your bath.”-
Or alternatively, I learned people used to treat a cold with a bath and foot massage and now Hubert has to take care of Ferdinand.

Summary
"I brought a gift."
Inosuke's expression doesn't change, probably. He just brings his hand behind his back and seemingly out of nowhere he then bring his hand back forth holding a potato, holding it out to Zenitsu. To his merit, he doesn't immediately slap it out of Inosuke's hands. Instead he takes his time to suspiciously inspect the nubby root, being careful not to touch it. It looks like a normal potato. Smells like one too, from what he can tell. Like dirt mostly, and a little bit of Inosuke (who also mostly smell like dirt. It's not entirely unpleasant though). All in all it just leaves him more confused than before.
-----Inosuke still have some issues understanding human customs and ideas, such as feelings. Thankfully he got his own ways of figuring them out.

Summary
"I like the drops that fall from the sky when it rains." Inosuke said, completely wrapping one of his katanas with the bandage of the hilt. Inosuke's wrist tensed as he made sure to tighten each wrap into a spiral, but maybe it was because of what he was going to say next. Maybe it was because of everything he had seen and everything he had hated to see.
Inosuke's gaze and frown focused on his Nichirin sword with intensity to ignore the weight of Zenitsu's confused gaze on him.
"But not the ones that fall from your eyes." Inosuke finally mused, biting back a growl.
