He was intrigued by them, even if he knew some were genuinely dangerous. They weren't just Siamese twins, people who missed an eye, or a woman that just grew facial hair.
No. Genuine monsters that weren't anything near human like.
His favorite? The multiple-armed sea monster. Well, he wasn't exactly a sea monster- but rumors went around that he used to be an infamous pirate captain that sailed through the seven seas. Until one day him and his crew got attacked by a huge kraken, or some shit. He miraculously survived, while his ship was long gone, and so as the rest on that ship. Only left with the side of his cheeks slit through. Days after, he started growing another pair of arms, and then two more.
Apparently, he was able to act like he had two arms, only to unfold his four other arms like wings.
Not just that.
He could also summon octopus arms from his back.
Or,
Seonghwa had always been fascinated by the idea freaks monsters existed in this world... Oh to see one in real life.
